About Marissa Hoelting

My name is Marissa Hoelting. I am a freshman and Kansas State University, planning to major in Professional Strategic Selling. In high school, I challenged myself by being in a variety of activities in both my academics and athletics. I played soccer, tennis, and basketball, where I earned the NAIA Champion of Character award. These experiences taught me how to effectively work with teammates and coaches, building strong relationships to achieve success on and off the court. Through these experiences, I strengthened my communication skills, learned how to adapt to challenges, and developed the ability to connect with others- qualities that will translate well into a career in sales. Overall, I bring a strong foundation of teamwork, communication, and leadership, and I’m excited to keep developing these skills at Kansas State while preparing for future opportunities.
