About Marissa Framarini
Hi there I\'m Marissa (she/ her). I\'m a people person, a dog person and home chef on a journey to perfecting ravioli. I believe people are the magic that fuel a company (and this world) and I\'m here to connect and empower amazing humans with the tools, opportunities and resources that will allow them to shine.I got my start in live TV production and events, but very quickly realized my love for the industry was not in the glitz and glam. It was the people. I was excited about creating spaces where people could dream, play and connect. Inclusive spaces where people felt invited + welcomed, and more importantly, like they belonged.I decided to follow my curiosity and passion for people and joined the People Operations and Talent Acquisition space in 2019. Since then, I\'ve had a heavy hand in People + Culture program design, people operations and administration, internal and employee communications, DEI initiatives, recruitment and employee experience. I\'m at my best and happiest when designing, creating and evolving people programs and solutions that align with a company\'s mission and values. We all deserve a meaningful and inclusive work experience, and I want to help build it. Outside of work, I am a dog mom of two (yes, they are VERY good boys).
