ABOUT MARISSA ENGLANDER
I’m an MBA Candidate at NYU Stern, where I’m taking courses in Leadership, Operations, and Strategy and serving as a Block Leader.Most recently, I worked as an Enterprise Senior Customer Success Manager managing top East region accounts and advising executives on adoption and ROI. I delivered $4M+ in revenue growth, earned two promotions, and led 20+ Executive Business Reviews where I turned analytics into strategy for senior leaders.Before that, I moved into customer strategy and analytics at CM Group, leading teams, building KPI dashboards in Tableau and Looker, and analyzing churn and retention trends across multiple brands. I presented findings that shaped multi-brand strategy and influenced executive priorities.I began my career in marketing at Time Inc, where I managed retention campaigns across PEOPLE, Entertainment Weekly, and other titles, earning three promotions in four years. That role sparked my interest in understanding customer behavior and set me on the path toward analytics and strategy.Outside of work and school, I founded a book club, and I love reading, boxing, and skiing. I’m now excited to apply my mix of marketing, analytics, and client leadership to roles in internal strategy and consulting.
