My role centers on building inclusive, high-quality induction systems that foster retention, equity, and instructional excellence.Key Contributions:🧭 Mentorship Leadership: Facilitate statewide mentor training aligned with Washington’s CCDEI standards, supporting mentor educators in developing equity-centered coaching practices. Induction System Design: Collaborate with districts to strengthen induction frameworks that prioritize culturally responsive pedagogy, educator wellness, and long-term retention.🤝 Community Building: Cultivate cross-district communities of practice, connecting mentors and new teachers to shared resources, reflective dialogue, and leadership pathways. Equity Advocacy: Embed racial equity and social justice principles into induction programming, ensuring new educators are equipped to serve diverse student populations with confidence and care.This role allows me to scale my impact—transforming early career support into a lever for systemic change across Washington’s educational landscape.
