Before joining Merrill, I was a partner in a regional CPA firm. In this role, I helped many business owners, physicians, executives and families navigate the complexities of taxes and accounting. This experience translates well into my role as a financial advisor. I bring a unique perspective to wealth management due to my ability to understand the tax impact of financial decisions our clients face. I am a member of the Phipps,Conley, Maxwell & Associates team based in Zanesville, Ohio. Our team is comprised of Dan Maxwell, Seth Conley, Hanna Luburgh-Agin, Don Phipps, Gary Phipps, and myself. In addition, we have three client associates who deliver first class service to our clients: Rebecca McCandlish, Kali Miller and Pam Lyall.
