Dr. Marissa Norman is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and New Jersey, as well as a PsyPact clinician, allowing her to practice in multiple states across the country. She is also a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with a wealth of experience in both clinical and sport psychology. Dr. Marissa has dedicated her career to working with athletes, coaches, administrators, and staff at various levels of competition, from youth sports to NCAA Division I, II, and institutions, including the University of Minnesota, University of Rhode Island, and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Her expertise extends, having served as a team sport psychologist for organizations such as the USA Junior Curling High-Performance Program, the Metropolitan Riveters, the New York Liberty, and the Connecticut Sun.With a personalized approach, Dr. Marissa tailors her strategies to meet the unique needs of each athlete and team, empowering them to reach their full potential both on and off the field. In addition to her clinical and performance enhancement work, she serves as a supervisor for counseling doctoral students at Fairleigh Dickinson University and mentors individuals pursuing their CMPC certification.As the owner of TopForm Psychology, a practice based in New Jersey, Dr. Marissa is dedicated to supporting the mental health and performance enhancement of the athletes she collaborates with. She is deeply committed to the art and science of sport psychology and is passionate about the transformative work she does and the individuals she supports.
