Marissa is an Executive Leadership Coach for leaders with an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching, a Holistic Life Coach with 10 years of coaching experience, a hour registered Yoga & Meditation teacher for the last 15 years, and an Herbal Tea Guide at Los Poblanos Resort in New Mexico. Marissa is the CEO of The Well Studio, a boutique yoga and meditation studio online offering yoga and meditation classes, wellness workshop and retreats globally. Marissa Nash has led corporate wellness talks, yoga classes, and meditations for organizations such as The Philadelphia Eagles, Wayfair, The Autism Society of America, The AVEDA Institute, The Siegfried Group, and Girls on The Run. She\'s also coached leaders in organizations such as BCG, The Siegfried Group, the NFL, and Vanguard. Marissa has over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry and combines her Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching with her holistic approach to create a unique leadership approach. She graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Corporate Communications and her Master\'s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Executive Coaching at Concordia University with Dr. John Townsend. Her certifications include being a Certified Life Coach, a hour Yoga Instructor, and a 80+ hour Meditation Teacher. She\'s also taken mindfulness and wellbeing certificates through Yale University on The Science of Wellbeing and Thomas Jefferson University\'s MBSR (Mind Body Stress Reduction program) with world-renowned Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, Jon Kabat-Zinn.
