ABOUT MARISSA N.

An established, dynamic and self-motivated Lead educator, with 15+ years of experience of leading teams and facilitating the learning and development of children aged 0-19 years old. She has worked with children and young adults from diverse backgrounds including those with complex SEN, EAL and victims of abuse. Marissa is dedicated to promoting the educational development and advancement of children/young adults whilst raising the standards of the educational environment. With a proven track record of raising attainment and progress above the national standard. She possesses extensive knowledge on effective teaching/learning strategies that promote inclusive learning and meet and surpass curriculum aims. As a Lead Educator, Marissa is highly competent in data analysis, quality assurance, managing, planning, assessing and delivering outcomes in various educational organisations. She is also effective at building strategic organisational partnerships with national and international partners that have supported in raising the portfolio of the school and have increased intake onto the courses she manages.
