Responsible for operations across EVERSANA INTOUCH by optimizing and automating agency processes, maintaining excellent quality standards, and ensuring seamless system functionality to enable the achievement of our business plans and meet the expectations of our private equity partners. This includes improving our profitability through continued standardization and efficiency efforts across affiliate and department structures while measuring performance and identifying risks and opportunities. Ensures the agency maintains the highest quality standards, overseeing the Compliance team, Editorial department, and Quality and Risk Management department. Also supervises the Resource Management team, charged to partner with affiliate and department leads to establish optimized staffing plans and provide regular quantitative metrics to hold each other accountable. As SVP of Operations ensures that teams, systems, and processes are established for the agency to successfully scale and connect workstreams between other department leaders to maximize efforts.
