Previously, Marissa was a Senior Director of Performance & Growth, supporting one of TIAA\'s B2C businesses, responsible for executing on both strategic & operational priorities for the $2B business. Prior to joining TIAA in 2023, Marissa was at Deloitte for a total of 7 years, most recently leading merger integration programs in the retail & commercial banking space. She has extensive experience in large transformation programs and implementing operational changes driven by disruptive technology (FinTech, cloud platform migration, machine learning, advanced analytics capabilities).Marissa completed her MBA at Duke\'s Fuqua School of Business in 2020. She spent her summer internship working at Google Cloud as a Technical Account Manager Intern and enjoyed helping three external customers get to most out of Google Cloud Services.
