ABOUT MARISSA LEWIS-PEART

Marissa Lewis-Peart is a Senior UX Designer at Tesco Technology, Public Speaker and Ex Board Director. She focuses on using technology to transform experiences across a business\'s digital products, services and operational processes, and is passionate about supporting diverse and early-career talent navigate career uncertainty.With a degree in Graphic Communication, Marissa began her career as a Graphic Designer specialising in Brand Design & Brand Strategy. She pivoted to a career in Experience Design due to her keen interest in how people experience businesses and experiences through a strategic, holistic and user-centred design perspective.Today Marissa enjoys using her cross-functional skillset across research, strategy, design and psychology to shape the experiences that people have with a business\'s operational processes, digital products, and services, focussing on driving business value through strategic and user-centered experience design.Beyond her work in UX, Marissa served as a Board Director at Bristol Creative Industries for 5 years where she focused on their Student & Graduate membership base, supporting young and underrepresented creatives build their careers within the South West creative industry.
