As an associate in the Structured Finance group at Latham & Watkins, I have experience in a variety of structured finance, securitization, and other secured financing transactions, representing banks, issuers, underwriters, investors, placement agents, borrowers, lenders, funds, and other financial institutions. In particular, I work on the financing of a range of traditional and esoteric asset-backed securities including data centers, music assets, and a variety of receivables deals. I also assist in in developing bespoke structured finance vehicles and products.
