   Oversee all stages of engine revitalization projects involving failure investigation, cost savings, obsolescence management, durability management, and supplier transition from conception to completion, including devising and orchestrating schedules and budgets across multiple functional groups comprised of engineering, integrated supply chain, and technicians. • Create deliverables for multiple complex projects as well as customer recommendations using data from engine tests, component analysis, cost-benefit calculations, and simulations. • Minimize effect of obsolescence on product lifecycles by designing and implementing a ground-up Obsolescence Management aerospace process employing a cross-functional team of integrated supply chain, cost performance engineering, and product engineering to proactively identify and monitor high-risk components. • Mitigate negative impacts of supply chain disruptions on project schedule, budget, and deliverables by engaging continuously with stakeholders including internal and external team members, internal leadership, and customers. • Facilitate sharing of technical information with manufacturers as well as enhancements to quality and lead time of substantiation hardware across program by updating export compliance classifications for technical specifications according to revised U.S. regulations. • Guarantee full transparency of project progress throughout lifecycles via quarterly presentations of status and metrics to external customers and varying levels of Honeywell leadership. • Administer various technical and management support to team members during project lifecycle as needed. • Conduct weekly meetings with team members to monitor project progress and determine potential outstanding issues. • Enforce adherence to all company as well as local, state, and federal safety and other regulations. • Provide guidance to other project engineers and managers relating to technical project execution.
