Holistically, we are responsible for client retention, growth, and profitability through strategic integration, operational efficiency, and centralized account and process leadership. The Client Services team functions as centralized points of contact for enterprise level clients, spanning across multiple lines of business (SEO, PPC, Analytics, Data Strategy, and Creative). My core focus areas include: Accountable for complex, multi-faceted account partnerships across multiple verticals including retail, higher education, and healthcare Facilitating inter-departmental strategy integration, aligned to unified client goals Evolving our client experience through innovative solutions to solve ever-changing business challenges Mitigating risk stemming from relevant changes in digital or client industry and spearheading initiatives to pivot accordingly Overseeing ongoing strategic meetings and initiatives such as QBRs, performance reviews, account planning, client working sessions, stakeholder meetings, etc. Training and educating the team on client management and consultancy Responsible for evolving and expanding the client engagement and project management practice, as it\'s a still a relatively new area of focus for the organization
