As Marketing Coordinator, I work closely with the Vice President of Marketing and the Marketing Director to bring the PROCON brand to life across platforms and experiences. My role blends creative strategy with logistical execution from digital storytelling to in-person events that are all designed to elevate PROCON’s presence, culture, and client relationships.I manage three social media accounts — LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram — overseeing content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to increase brand awareness and drive measurable results. I track and analyze monthly performance metrics, including engagement and follower growth, and actively connect with followers and community partners to strengthen relationships. I create and edit original photo and video content, collaborating with the marketing team to produce compelling posts, reels, and stories, and design visuals using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva for social media, events, and signage. I maintain a strategic content calendar and schedule posts via Buffer. In Summer 2025, I piloted the first “Intern Spotlight” campaign for both social media and PROCON’s internal intranet. Beyond digital efforts, I plan and execute internal and external events such as the annual off-site Corporate Meeting, Company Celebration, lunch & learns, groundbreakings, and ribbon cuttings. I also support new hire onboarding by coordinating headshots, intranet features, swag, and first-day collateral. As a brand advocate, I ensure all content and experiences reflect and uphold PROCON’s brand standards across the organization.
