I was initially brought onto ESIs team to manage the transition and ERP implementation of their new software, Foundationsoft.This involved the legacy data migration from a discontinued software system, Maxwell, including all testing and validation of the new software and going live within a three month period. ESIs has a largely complicated payroll process due to strict government regulations and the compliance with Local Unions - pay rates, fringes, deductions and complicated tax structures, State and Federal Prevailing Wages, and Public Works projects. I created training manuals and provided the detailed delivery of training and procedures to all employees in all departments from Management including the CEO and CFO, to AR, AP, Payroll, Project Managers, Program Managers, and Service Technicians. I continue to provide ongoing support to all employees even after the successful launch of the new system. As part of the initial implementation, I performed a complete examination of the business environment and processes which has become helpful as I now am in the process of developing each department with customized reports to maximize efficiencies.All the while tackling that process, I was also tackling challenges as the HR Director and Assistant Director of Facilities.
