ABOUT MARISSA COPELAND

As an experienced Agile Coach, Culture change champion, and business owner, I have over 14 years of experience in leading organizational transformations, developing and successfully implementing life changing software applications for large, midsize, and start ups companies, significantly reducing legacy process and technical debt, and drastically increasing revenue growth and end user engagement through strategic thinking, agile leadership, lean business management, and technical expertise. I hold various business, coaching, and technical certifications, including Professional Agile Leadership, Agile certified professional-DevOps, and Agile Test Automation.I work with teams, leaders, and organizations across diverse industries, such as corporate, financial, healthcare, aerospace manufacturing, and oil and gas, to increase their understanding and adoption of various agile frameworks and PMP best practices. I oversee the development of products and teams that provide value and change lives, while reducing time to market and improving responsiveness to external needs. I also facilitate cross-organizational structural change, innovation, and adaptability in the face of unpredictable circumstances.I am passionate about what I do and genuinely believe that teams and individuals that feel valued deliver value!
