On-site position (office located inside the Sandbox Centre in Barrie, ON)• Support the delivery of the core programs of the Centre under the Provincial contract with the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade (Starter Company Plus and Summer Company) and collaboration with the City of Barrie to provide training, mentorship, and advice and administer micro-grants to entrepreneurs in Barrie, Simcoe County, and Orillia• Extract data from CRM, customize and consolidate spreadsheets, extrapolate results, executing the Centre\'s data-tracking and reporting to the Ministry and the City on a monthly, bi-annual, and annual basis• Coordinate the Centre\'s events, workshops, seminars, staff schedules, and general initiative outreach• Create content for and manage digital marketing and outreach initiatives through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email newsletters• Deliver 1:1 consultations on digital marketing basics, tactics, and strategies to new and emerging small business owners• Provide administrative and coordination support related to the delivery of consultations, workshops, mentorship and training programs, and more• Provide courteous, professional, and timely customer service for all inquiries (walk-in, phone, and email), program participants, and clients
