I have over 15 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry with a focus on Property Management and delivering exceptional service while achieving maximum revenue goals. I specialize in and Full-Service third-party management of single and multi-tenant occupied assets. Creating and maintaining an annual budget, executing high-level detailed financial reporting, providing top-tier service to tenants and clients and streamlining overall processes make me a strong asset to any team. I have a proven history overseeing a team while handling all matters pertaining to rental account management, lease negotiation, tenant/landlord relationships and resolving conflict in a fair and consistent manner. I recently spear-headed a full project refurbishment plan and successfully navigated my prior portfolio through the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the above, I have a passion for leadership and encouraging others, along with providing access to tools for health & wellness. Mental health is incredibly important for men and women, and my personal experiences have shaped my outlook on both business and life. If I can empower someone through my insight and experience, I feel that I have done what I was called to do.
