Within my role I ensure customers implement NETconsent in the most efficient manner, ensuring NETconsent consistently delivers benefits over the long term and maximise ROI. I guide clients through the technical installation of the application and prove that it works effectively within their IT infrastructure. I identify all the roles and their associated responsibilities for the introduction of existing or new policies to be rolled out using NETconsent. And prove that the documented procedures work smoothly and all relevant staff are trained, processes documented and staff are fully informed, so they understand what is happening and their responsibilities in relation to the use of NETconsent.I devise all of the training structure and content, deliver training to users via webinars, workshops and onsite training courses. I also create bespoke training packages to suit customers specific requirements.Customer relationship & Account Management is also a key element of my role, as customer retention and satisfaction is paramount to the success of the company.NETconsent Ltd specialise in Policy Management, Policies must influence people\'s behaviour if they are to prove effective in achieving operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance and cost savings. Consequently the policy management process cannot simply stop at the creation and publication of policies and procedures. Too many corporate policies remain unread or are unreadable! To assure governance across the enterprise (i.e. embed best practice policies and procedures into day-to-day working life and behaviours) policy management must encompass not only well written policies, but also seek to:Raise awareness of new and updated policies and procedures; Ensure people understand relevant policies and procedures; Record people’s acceptance to abide by policies and procedures; Demonstrate effective policy controls are in place; Provide an accurate audit trail of activities; Report policy compliance.
