ABOUT MARISHA RAJE

I am a Counselling Psychologist currently working in a corporate setting at LinkedIn, where I support employee well-being through strategic counselling, helping individuals manage workplace challenges, enhance professional growth, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. I collaborate with employees, teams, and leaders to foster a supportive and mentally healthy work environment.I provide counselling and EMDR therapy for trauma-related concerns, including PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, OCD, panic attacks, and experiences of abuse or domestic violence, working with individuals aged 8 years and above.I also have experience working with children with special needs, including Autism, ADHD, Intellectual Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and GDD. My approach is empathetic and engaging, focusing on building emotional resilience, confidence, and overall well-being. Additionally, I offer Grapho-therapy as per client needs and have experience conducting OPD assessments, including 16PF reports, and providing individual therapy.I strongly believe that changing our thinking can transform our lives, and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward growth, healing, and well-being.I always believe a man can alter his life by altering his thinking.
