   Overseeing safety across Microsoft\'s data center construction has been an incredible journey. Leadership is an integral part of my role, as I guide a team of third-party safety representatives across the western and central portions of the United States and Canada. I foster a strong working relationship with General Contractors and Trade Partners to ensure consistent experiences across all our construction projects. My responsibilities include improving contractually required EHS deliverables, slashing workplace hazards by enhancing risk/exposure assessments, and fostering a safety culture that has substantially reduced serious incidents. I manage EHS contractual requirements for Lease construction sites throughout my region and work closely with the Data Center Engineering team on Safety in Design reviews for upcoming projects.
