I focus on building programs, cultivating brand presence, and driving operational excellence. • Develop and implement engaging padel programs for players of all levels to grow participation and community engagement. • Oversee daily club operations, including court scheduling, facility upkeep, and front-of-house service. • Lead and support a high-performing team across coaching, operations, and guest services. • Manage all marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and brand partnerships. • Plan and execute events, tournaments, and activations that enhance member experience and attract new audiences. • Represent the brand in the community, fostering relationships with members, partners, and sponsors. • Maintain high facility standards while managing budgets, forecasting, and overall financial health.
