My specialty is to be part of a company to help take teams/projects to the next level by strategically focusing on the people, systems, operations, budget, and delivery.I’ve spent most of my career as a DevOps/QE Manager on the Engineering team focusing on the speed of deliveries with quality to increase the ROI for the company. Because I enjoy process, people, and systems, I’ve been given opportunities to expand my experience in the world of operations with various projects, departments, and teams on both the technical and the business side for the past few years.I am a Technical Operations Leader with proven and progressive experience managing cross-functional teams in the areas of systems management, process and design improvements, implementations and conversions, and overall business strategy. I am recognized by leadership for the ability to develop innovative solutions and create cost-saving measures while achieving optimal operating efficiencies. I possess strong communication skills and partner effectively with leadership and staff, of both onshore and offshore teams in India and the Philippines, to drive projects from inception to completion. I build a lot of relations with external/internal leaders to help mentor me and with employees to help coach, mentor and train teams to provide the highest level of service while meeting project timelines and operating budgets.I am actively involved in the Austin DevOps Community as an event organizer/leader, featured presenter, and guest speaker.
