ABOUT MARISA PLOWDEN
I help countries work together to solve global problems. As a U.S. Diplomat, I have collaborated across governments, civil society, and international organizations to prevent and manage conflicts and tackle global threats. I helped create and manage Feed the Future, a $3.5 billion global hunger and food security initiative. I worked in the personal offices of U.S. Secretaries of State from both political parties, and I managed high performing teams of up to 20 people from diverse backgrounds. Now I draw on that experience to represent the United States and help direct the work of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. I am also co-founder of Our Kind of Club, with a mission to create a Kinder and Healthier World for all!
