ABOUT MARISA PILGRIM

I’m an emerging, people-focused Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience supporting executives, teams, and organizational initiatives through HR operations, employee engagement, and leadership support. My career has been built on trust, collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping people thrive at work.Today, I’m focused on growing in Human Resources, particularly in employee engagement and development, health and wellness, benefits administration, and DEIA leadership. I bring a strong foundation in training, compliance, HR operations, and event strategy, alongside a holistic perspective on people and culture that balances structure, creativity, and care.I’ve led initiatives that enhance onboarding, employee engagement, and organizational compliance, while designing strategic programs and events that foster belonging, connection, and meaningful impact. My experience includes coordinating cross-functional projects, conducting safety audits and training, supporting diversity and inclusion programs, and bridging communication between leadership and staff.Grounded by a BASc in Public Health and Safety, I bring both analytical and human-centered insight to every initiative.
