   Motiv partners with health systems to help their patients recover from cardiac events, prevent future ones, and inspire positive lifestyle changes that last a lifetime. Using virtual technology and behavioral science, Motiv makes cardiac recovery services more accessible, personalized, and effective. • Lead the product strategy, vision, and development of our patient facing app, and clinician portal for clinicians to remotely manage the care and track vitals of patients enrolled in our virtual cardiac recovery program. • Lead a team of engineers and designers and work closely with cross-functional team to develop MVP. Lead roadmap for future features and track our key behavioral, clinical, and engagement KPIs.
