As the Founder of AMIKO, a Luxury Travel Advisor affiliated with Travel Edge and exclusive advisor for Follow Me Network (FMN), Global Director of Business Development for Young Travel Professionals (YTP), board member of the Millennials Coalition of the Job Creators Network (JCN), and the creator and former Director of the ground-breaking NEXT program (a joint initiative of Protravel International & Tzell Travel Group), I have established myself as one of the leading Millennial voices in the luxury travel community. My experience recruiting, training, and developing new talent for the top luxury agencies is unrivaled. I have a deep understanding of the Millennial mindset and how it affects the travel sphere - both in terms of consumers and workforce. I\'ve participated in numerous panels, roundtables and events focused on Millennial travel. I\'ve also consulted for various hospitality brands on the development of new products. Through my partnership with FMN and their extensive network of celebrities and social media influencers, I am also able to help my clients effectively target the next generation of consumer, while providing them with proof of return on their investment.
