As an educational leader, I’ve spent my career at the intersection of research, practice, and systems change—working to ensure every educator has the tools and support needed to help every child learn to read.Now, as Chief Academic Officer at The Reading League, I’m honored to lead strategic academic initiatives that advance the science of reading, strengthen professional learning systems, and support the field in translating knowledge into meaningful action. I bring a deep background in literacy, research partnerships, professional development, and cross-functional leadership—with a steadfast commitment to equity, evidence, and impact.I believe that transformational change happens when we support people, not just programs—and I’m thrilled to be part of an organization that shares that vision.
