ABOUT MARISA M.
As the Head of IT Project Management Office at WEPA, a leading paper manufacturer in Europe, I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects that support the company\'s growth and innovation. I work with a cross-functional team of IT professionals, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure that the projects meet the quality, budget, and timeline requirements, and align with the company\'s strategic goals and vision. I have a strong background in expansion planning and commercial real estate, with over three years of experience as an Expansion Planning Manager at NTT Global Data Centers EMEA, one of the world\'s largest data center providers. In this role, I created market strategies, conducted competitor and trend analysis, searched and analyzed growth opportunities, and managed due diligences (legal, technical, commercial, environmental) for new data center locations across the EMEA region. Together with cross functional teams, I created bids and negotiated deals. I also prepared board approvals and decision decks for senior management, and maintained relationships with brokers and other key stakeholders in the industry. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Mannheim Business School, Germany\'s top business school, where I developed my analytical, strategic, and presentation skills. I also have a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Media and Communication Management from the University of Applied Sciences Europe, and spent a semester at Stellenbosch University in South Africa, where I gained intercultural competencies and a global perspective. I am always eager to learn and challenge myself, and I am passionate about finding solutions that create value and impact for the customers, the business, and the society.
