ABOUT MARISA FIGUEIREDO

I am a passionate data science manager who believes that only through collaboration between data scientists, data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders we can achieve data science full potential when solving business problems. Five years of commercial experience, after working as a researcher in Computer Science with a background in Mathematics, taught me that changing mindsets and shipping incremental iterations is critical when solving problems using machine learning, data analysis and signal processing in areas as InsurTech, Marketing and Electrical Energy Monitoring. I am seeking opportunities within the data science space that would grow further my leadership experience whilst solving meaningful problems, making use of my machine learning skills, acute problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
