Marisa is a Vice President, Senior Supervision Officer with Baird’s Private Wealth Management Supervision team, where she has served since 2022. In this role, she partners closely with market directors, branch leadership, financial advisors, and associates across the Midwest region, providing consultative guidance and executing on firm supervisory policies. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong relationship management skills, Marisa evaluates complex transactions and scenarios to mitigate regulatory risk while protecting clients, associates, and the firm.Marisa joined Baird Private Wealth Management in 2020 as a Branch Administrative Manager, where she led and developed associate teams across multiple Middle Tennessee branch offices. She also worked closely with the Market Director to support operational and supervisory coverage across several offices in the Southeast, strengthening cross-office collaboration, consistency, and operational efficiencies.With more than 20 years of experience in Private Wealth Management, Marisa has held leadership and client-facing roles at top financial institutions. Prior to Baird, she served as Operations Manager for Raymond James branch offices in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Jupiter, Florida. Earlier in her career, she held roles as an Investment Associate at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Palm Beach, Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley in Boca Raton, and began her career with Fidelity Investments Private Client Group in Boca Raton and Boston.Marisa holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as a Tennessee Insurance License. Originally from the Northeast, she spent over 14 years in South Florida and now resides in the Nashville area.
