Global Outreach: Perform key analysis to improve and implement processes and procedures supporting OCM with key stakeholders throughout the global organization. Change Management and Mitigating Risk: Identify key risk factors via gap analysis/present process to mitigate those risk factors/measure outcomes. Ensuring alignment with Sales Leaders to drive productivity and ROI.Software Analysis: Vetting multiple software tools to implement increased automation between developing teams and 3rd party vendors. Analyzing the current technology landscape to better determine project status, asset location, etc. Centralizing PM functions for a more \"lean\" approach, aligning with global markets. Lead PM in system upgrade with a focus on ROI and measuring increased productivity post-implementation. Process Development and Compliance: Develop efficient processes and compliance rules by implementing established and agreed-upon proposals. Support in ISO compliance. Enforce via modeled training efforts with key stakeholders. Commercialization Process: Working collaboratively with departments such as Global Marketing/Sales/Engineering/Supply Chain/Digital Services/Legal Counsel to strategically enhance the Product Launch Process.Budget Database: Determine budget costs and allocation. Ensure all NDA/RFP/SOW etc. are in place when needed. Maintain Structure and Operation GuidelinesMaster Data Management: Member of the Victaulic MDM Governance Council for 2+ years. Currently lending strategic input and SME data support/guidance. Influencing change management across multiple global departments.Chair of Victaulic Women in Business Networking/Mentoring Committee
