Manage the creation and revision of specification for drug lot- Experienced in method optimization and verification as well as troubleshooting analytical methods using HPLC and CE- Developed a semi-walkaway peptide mapping protocol with high throughput method which expediate 96 samples preparation within 3 hours. Explored a new route to enhance efficacy and reproducibility with reduced manpower and preparation time by leveraging an automatic liquid handler for a fully walk-away station- Independently conduct experiments and stress studies to investigate and characterize the drug using thermal stress, pH stress, and photo stress to induce degradation used for stability indication.
