With over a decade of experience in all HR programs, with an emphasis and passion for employee culture, communications, recognition, engagement, events, project management and program management, I look forward to helping organizations find new and exciting ways to celebrate and connect with their outstanding people. Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy watching as many films as I can, attending as many rock shows as I can and spending time in one of my favorite places on the planet, Seattle. As a graduate from Western Washington University with a degree in Communication (and a focus in organizational communication), I strive to use my skills to create a lasting difference in the community around me and our ever changing world.

As the Head of HR at SIFF, I am responsible for all people functions including, but not limited to HR business partnership, end to end talent acquisition, benefits administration, internal communications, employee culture and engagement, Seattle Cinema Workers Union labor relations, compensation strategy, performance management, training and development, HRIS oversight, employee relations, regulations, policy and compliance.
