   Oversaw strategic planning and led series of more than 10 facilitated meetings, collected resources and created materials to execute plan across state education agencies including n order to build state coalition for supporting legislation that funds residency models for preparing and retaining a more diverse educator workforceResults- Led the planning team made up of 12 educational leaders across the state to develop goals and objectives for state-wide coalition building event that yielded 100 participants in a full-day of collaborative dialogue and strategy planning to influence legislative support for funding residencies in WA state- Ensured a high quality convening by developing strategic agendas and facilitated all planning team work sessions with clear goals and outcomes for each meeting- Collected and synthesized/distilled team ideas to establish goals and objectives for convening, and to establish next steps and keep the work moving forward- Produced a final report for presentation to legislators outlining key areas of, and developed and organized knowledge management for future application.
