Marisa grew up in the beautiful Truckee, Lake Tahoe area before heading to San Diego State University in 1997, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and graduated in 2001. After college, she began her career in property management with Warren Properties in Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego, before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2004 to embark on her real estate journey with Prudential The Bayhill Team. During her time with Prudential, she excelled as part of the #1 team in Northern California.Now the proud owner of Platinum Partners Real Estate, one of Chico\'s leading real estate firms, Marisa has proven her methods and expertise in the industry. Her passion for real estate shines through her dedication to her clients, and she takes great joy in helping people find their perfect homes. Known for her open and effective communication, Marisa ensures a smooth transaction process from start to finish.Residing in Chico since 2007 with her husband Matt, daughter Caitlyn, son Bode, and their newest addition, Mila, born in 2023, Marisa is deeply rooted in the community. She treasures the vibrant environment where her children are growing up with wonderful friends and making lasting memories.Outside of her professional life, Marisa is an avid enthusiast of fitness and the great outdoors.
