Also responsible for letters of intent to provide to Syndicators, Permanent Lenders, City, State and Public Agencies to ensure the financial sources have been stacked. Im a very strong negotiator that is extremely dedicated, detailed oriented, reliable and trusted to oversee very large budgets.I am responsible for managing multiple projects and programs. For example, as the GSM with HomeStar Builders I was directly responsible for selling and constructing hundreds of affordable homes for families during their rebuilding efforts post Katrina. Also in my present role in development as a Project Manager with a Public Housing Agency for over five plus years. In this role I oversee and am tasked with managing Choice Neighborhoods Initiative Grants mixed financed projects. Managed the predevelopment to financial closing of seven phase of 9% and 4% LIHTC and HUD deals. with an offsite component. Now the project is in its fourth phase, right on the heal of closing the fifth and six phases with HUD. Other responsibilities include running meetings, speaking at been community meetings, working with several types of software programs, LCPTracker, Elations and Procure. I also possess a great understanding of policies and procedures related to CDBG, HOME Funding, and NOFAS.
