Marios Damianides has built a 30+ year career as a business leader with deep technical and operational expertise and significant boardroom exposure within the technology and media industries, at both US-based and global organizations. Marios is a seasoned business leader with a proven track record leading complex businesses, business integrations, AI initiatives, and serving as a strategic advisor to the Board and CEO. He previously served as Chair of the Board of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), an organization serving over members in 168 countries. As Chief Risk Officer for Omnicom, the largest Advertising Holding company (after the acquisition of IPG) in the world, Marios leads the Risk, Cybersecurity and Enterprise Management Office for the Company providing digital, media and print solutions for the largest companies worldwide. Marios is a member of the Executive team who delivers regular updates to senior leadership and board of directors. At Omnicom, Marios works closely with entire Board, and the Audit Committee. As a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, Marios led the largest client of the company.
