ABOUT MARION CAMPBELL

Marion has had many years of experience either servicing or working as a client in large public companies. Her specialty is in developing accounting policies, understanding the implications of IFRS and applying them practically to the business. Furthermore, she has significant financial reporting experience relating to regulatory reporting with her experience at Loblaw (IFRS), as well as integration experience with respect to mergers and acquisitions from her experience at Enercare (IFRS) with the acquisition of Service Experts (US GAAP). Some of her clients while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers included Dream Unlimited (IFRS), Dream Office REIT (IFRS), Tim Hortons (US GAAP) and Ford Motor Company (US GAAP). During her career, Marion has been recognized for her strong ability to connect and engage with people developing deep relationships. Marion understands challenges that companies face in the evolving world of accounting and provides practical solutions. She has also experience in financial reporting, consolidation for publicly traded companies on the NYSE, NASDAQ and the TSX. She has assisted with the purchase of E360S by Blackrock in competing the integration of 20 acquisitions, improving the month-end and quarter-end close cycle. She has also worked at QM Environmental, assisting with obtaining bank financing, budgeting, forecasting and restructuring. Marion has held the position of Treasurer of the Oakville Chamber Orchestra, managing finances and strategy for this not-for-profit charity (20••••12). She has also held the position of Board Member at CMHA York Region (20••••20). Marion is a 2009 UFE National Honour Roll recipient and holds a Masters of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science. In 1990 she achieved the highly regarded Grade 11 ARCT Piano Performer\'s Certificate with the Royal Conservatory of Music and speaks Cantonese fluently.
