As the CEO of WELL Mental Health & Wellness, I lead a purpose-driven organization dedicated to transforming how Canadians access mental health care. We are on a mission to break down barriers to mental health support by offering a hybrid model of in-person and virtual therapy services across Canada. As part of WELL Health Technologies, we leverage our integration with the largest network of primary care clinics in Canada to deliver innovative, accessible, and compassionate mental health care.I have considerable experience in the healthcare and wellness sectors, with a focus on building scalable, client-centric solutions. I hold a Master’s in Psychology with a focus on behavioral economics and social neuroscience, which informs my approach to addressing mental health challenges on both individual and systemic levels.My passion lies in normalizing mental health care and ensuring that every individual - whether they’re seeking personal support or accessing services through their workplace - feels empowered to prioritize their well-being.
