   Mar 2022 — Present

   As a VP of Software Engineering, I lead Global Quality Engineering overseeing ~500 engineers in 5 global centers of excellence; my role is focused on driving our quality revolution and enhancing our customer experience throughout our vast portfolio of 200+ products; in my role, I created a global organization and modernized it using state-of-the-art solutions built on open-source products, fostered a data-driven approach to quality, established a culture of excellence, growth and innovation, and transitioned the org from a functional quality to a total quality model with streamlined releases; I transformed the disparate quality solutions into a unified robust, modular, scalable, transferable, and maintainable modern architecture covering functional, performance, and API solutions; Implemented an employee-centric culture and through creative resource management and organizational design, reduced OEPX by 20% while scaling the organization by 40%, establishing 2 new centers of excellence in Mexico and India; built AI-driven solutions and strategies to boost quality, speed-up innovation, streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enable sustainable growth.
