Update 2024* In my role as a customer service representative, I strive to help my clients make real financial progress and ensure that their experiences at our branch exceeds their expectations. My ultimate goal aligns with my organization’s, that being:#BoldlyGrowTheGood in Business and Life™ In my second month at BMO, I earned a “Relationship Builder” trophy which illustrates my ability to learn quickly, build fruitful relationships with all types of clients, and help my branch hit its targets. I am proud to work in the Vancouver East-Burnaby market as a member of #TeamBrentwood — During my time as a construction labourer, I worked under site superintendents and project managers who taught me crucial skills like time management, safety accountability, organization, and leading by example. I was involved in the successful completion of several city contracts ranging from Chilliwack to Burnaby. Currently, as a soccer referee, I have developed important soft skills such as communication, empathy, problem-solving, and situational awareness. This role involves working with other referees to facilitate and manage the duration of a soccer match with focus and professionalism. I am proud to have officiated in the BC Soccer Provincial Premier Championships. The importance of teamwork cannot be understated whether on the construction site or the soccer field.
