As GM @brainymotion I am deeply engaged in the field of ICT, contributing to our company\'s reputation for practical and innovative training and further education programs​. I\'ve committed my professional life to the goal of making people more successful through training and education. I hold a firm belief that joy in learning is essential for long-term success and comprehension​, and moreover, I see education as the key to a self-determined life. My mission is to bridge the educational gap, providing quality education to all people, irrespective of their geographical location or socioeconomic status. In my role at brainymotion, I manage national and international government-funded education projects and lead our initiatives to provide education opportunities for unemployed individuals in Germany. I strive to offer individuals, job seekers, and companies the skills they need in various areas, differentiating our company through our diverse, professional, and personalized services​. I value communication and exchange, and these principles are reflected in our training solutions, known for their flexibility and diversity​. I have steered brainymotion in adapting to the challenges of the pandemic, offering remote training opportunities that maintain the quality of instruction with personal live trainers, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless learning experience for all participants​.
