I started my career in the retail industry, where I learned the importance of resilience, communication, and understanding people. Those early years shaped how I approached leadership and set the foundation for my transition into Human Resources. Over the next decade, I built my career as an HR Business Partner and corporate recruiter, supporting organizations in retail, staffing, aviation, technology, and manufacturing.I’ve always been someone who solves problems directly. In HR, that meant improving hiring systems, building strong relationships with managers, and creating work environments where employees could grow and feel supported. I handled everything from high-volume recruitment and contract staffing to employee relations, leadership coaching, and strategic people operations. I became known for my ability to bridge gaps, strengthen teams, and move companies forward. But eventually, I felt the pull toward building something bigger. My entrepreneurial drive led me to start my own organizations — staffing agencies, a nonprofit, business trusts, and multi-state corporations. As I grew those ventures, I naturally moved toward emerging technologies and the future of business infrastructure.That path led me into the crypto and Web3 space. Today, I combine my HR background, business experience, and technical vision to build next-generation blockchain platforms.
