ManduriaShire Srl restores historic properties in Manduria, Puglia, and transforms them into something the region has never seen: a hospitality and wellness ecosystem woven through the ancient streets of one of southern Italy’s most authentic towns.Our flagship project is 15Dolcevita — an adults-only biohacking wellness club for couples, structured as an albergo diffuso in Manduria’s historic center. I’m building 15Dolcevita — an adults-only biohacking wellness club for couples in the historic center of Manduria, Puglia.The idea is simple: take centuries-old stone buildings with volte a stella ceilings, fill them with cryotherapy chambers and flotation tanks, and create a community of couples who believe that having fun extends your life. Divertirsi allunga la vita.My wife Maria Pia and I grew up in Manduria, left at 17, and spent 28 years abroad as expats. We came back to build something that didn’t exist: not a hotel with biohacking, but a club with beds. The technology filters for the right people. The community is the real product.We’re restoring 10 historic properties in Manduria’s old town, building an albergo diffuso woven through the streets of one of Puglia’s most authentic towns.
