I have always had a strong interest in construction and the industry from the beginning of my childhood. I have worked in construction since a very young age and have always been around the industry. Throughout my school and work experience, it has shown me that I want to dedicate myself to a career in the field.

   As a Superintendent, I support the successful delivery of large-scale commercial and industrial projects by coordinating field operations, supervising subcontractors, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. My role bridges project planning and on-site execution, ensuring schedules, budgets, and client expectations are met-Oversee day-to-day field activities, including slab-on-grade pours, tilt-up panel erection, steel installation, and site logistics-Coordinate subcontractor work, conduct daily manpower checks, and manage inspection readiness with city officials and third-party inspectors-Enforce safety culture by leading daily jobsite talks, monitoring compliance with OSHA and company standards, and mitigating hazards-Track progress against schedule and communicate updates in OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings-Support QA/QC efforts, including pre-pour inspections, punch list closeouts, and corrective action tracking-Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and trade partners to resolve field issues and deliver high-quality results.Key Skills: Field Supervision • Construction Management • Safety & Compliance • Scheduling • Subcontractor Coordination • Tilt-Up Construction • Quality Assurance • Client Relations
