Spearhead development, implementation and management of Telehealth programs across the enterprise and joint-venture entities as well as external clients.• Develop full-scale project plans; define project tasks and resource requirements for the development and design of the Telehealth platforms; which includes assembly and build out of implementation team and coordination of client implementation from both a business and data/IT perspective.• Provide leadership and guidance to over three project managers who consult and train clinicians and front-line staff • Facilitate daily report-out and stand-up meetings to ensure effective communication in remote and hybrid work models • Conduct routine 1:1 check-in meetings with individual staff to track progress and compile this data into yearly performance evaluations• Work with talent acquisition to fill vacant roles by reviewing submitted resumes, interviewing qualified candidates and subsequently onboard selected new hires • Implemented programs focused on addressing Population Health concerns by mitigating the impacts of social determinants of health using technology. • Collaborate with team leads within each operational area to set strategy, create reporting, and monitor project deployment into all areas of the organization. • Work collaboratively with project stakeholders to develop a comprehensive project plan based on approved funding; project plans include scope, project agendas, status reports, risk/issue management, and workflows.
