As Sales & Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for all sales management related to InSightec\'s commercial products. Key responsibilities include developing an annual business plan and determining annual business goals in the areas of marketing, sales, website success and service. Lead the implementation of business plans. Work with the marketing team to develop marketing plans. Work with sales and website success teams to define a prioritized list of websites. Work with claims leaders to identify and prioritize locations that require claims support. Work with the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Vice President of Research and Development to train applications teams so they can support our sales organization through clinical marketing. Define human resources needs, review existing resources, continually seek ways to improve productivity and employee satisfaction, and develop hiring/replacements and compensation approved by the Vice President of Human Resources.
