The Vice President (VP), Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership and direction forthe efficient operation of the hospital’s nursing, therapy and clinical support service lines.Serves as a member of the executive leadership team. Advises the President and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer and other members ofleadership as appropriate on organization-wide, patient care programs and assesses nursing,therapy and clinical support services against both the annual budget and REHAB Hospital’sstrategic plan. Engages the Board, Medical Executive and Quality Improvement Committees around issues,trends and changes in patient care and patient outcomes. Assists with long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with REHABHospital’s strategic plan. Participates in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives and hospital operations. Provides direct oversight and support for the managers and directors of Nursing, Therapy andClinical Support. Serves as Executive On-Call with other executive leaders. Represents REHAB in the community.
